In-Salon Sign-In: Upon arrival, all clients must sign in to confirm their service(s). Phone number is optional. By signing in, you acknowledge and accept our terms, safety rules, and liability waiver. You also agree to receive SMS communications if you provide a phone number.
3. Appointment Policy

Late Arrival: We will hold your appointment for 5 minutes. Late arrivals may lose priority.

Cancellations: Must be made before the service begins. Fees may apply for no-shows or late cancellations.

Completion & Satisfaction: Clients must allow completion of services. Full payment is required regardless of satisfaction.

For safety, our salon is not child-friendly. Parents are responsible for their children’s supervision.
8. Facility Access & Liability
Clients are not allowed in restricted areas. We are not responsible for accidents caused by unauthorized access.

We are not liable for damages related to nails, polish, lashes, or other services after you leave the salon. All services are provided “as is.”
